PERFORMANCE PARADIGM
The performance paradigm we believe in is that 60% of an athletes training should be focused on a solid foundation of strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence. 30% on sport specific skills. 10% on sport knowledge.

OUR PROGRAMS
We believe the emphasis should be on a foundation or strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination, self confidence, and then sports specific skills and knowledge.
game time
Ages 7-12
This class focuses on fundamentals of movement patterns, running form and athletic performance — such as skipping, side shuffling, arm action, jumping mechanics, and much more. Classes are designed to incorporate linear speed drills, agility, functional movement and injury prevention (strength and flexibility). The young athlete will perform a variety of exercises to improve overall fitness, athletic performance, and to develop greater self-confidence.
ELITE SPEED CLASS
Ages 12-18
Designed for the high level athlete who aspires to push his or her speed and agility to the next level. The pace and intensity in these classes are higher than the youth training model. Sessions focus on speed, agility, plyometrics, and explosive movements — as well as techniques to prevent the likelihood of injury.
STRENGTH CLASS
Ages 12+
Sessions start with a warmup designed to increase body temperature, mobility and blood/oxygen flow to muscles, tendons and ligaments. Athletes progress to movements that focus on power and explosiveness — performing exercises with quality and form of movement. As athletes master more challenging exercises, coaches teach key components for lower body, upper body, and core related movements — especially focused on their specific sport.
